The unique FLS PowerOpt algorithm allows dynamic and very efficient real-time workforce scheduling and optimisation of mobile service technicians. Since the high-performance and high-capacity planning is based on maps at house number-level, it is possible to make a realistic staff plan.
User-friendly staff plan
VisiTour Service provides the scheduler with a very user-friendly and clear staff plan of all service technicians and jobs – consisting of Gantt diagram and map. In addition, the integrated escalation management helps the scheduler during resource managing to react to unexpected failures and capacity bottlenecks.
Mobile Workforce Management
To facilitate mobile workforce management, the VisiTour Service route server communicates with mobile end-user devices such as laptops, PDAs, navigation devices or mobile phones. The mobile service staff always receives the most optimal job with the necessary information. In return, it is possible to send status reports at the completion, delay or change of a job – for dynamic optimisation in real-time.
