Real-time planning with the mobile solution
Your FLS VISITOUR Server communicates with the mobile device in real-time. Your employee receives his currently assigned orders, and – if requested – a preview on the rest of the round schedule. After completion of the order, the status is communicated to the FLS VISITOUR Server, which on request determines the ideal subsequent order in real-time. When appointments are delayed or the expected visiting time or the status is changed, it is possible to trigger an automatic rescheduling.
As an open system, FLS VISITOUR is compatible with different mobile solutions of nearly all providers. FLS MOBILE is based on a standardised Web service interface, which means that the basic functionality is simply integrated into an existing mobile solution or into the background ERP system such as SAP. Alternatively, FLS offers matching mobile solutions for PDA, mobile phone or laptop.
TomTom Business Solutions: Navigation as a mobile solution for FLS VISITOUR
If you are using the extended navigation system TomTom Business Solutions, the current scheduling is automatically transmitted by FLS VISITOUR to the navigation device in real-time. In return, the navigation device sends back status reports to FLS VISITOUR.
