In cooperation with our partner R+M Business Software GmbH, we offer a certified interface for Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Using this certified interface, your entire scheduling and planning process can be control via the already familiar Microsoft Dynamics NAV interface. That includes the administration of all time-dependent appointments, the assignment of work orders, and billing.

While the dispatcher is viewing the work plan from the familiar Dynamics NAV interface, the application communicates in real-time with FLS VISITOUR over HTTP. Via the SOAP/XML communications standard the VisiTour server functions as a black-box in the background – with two-way communications to NAV.

This ensures that changes are instantly recorded in both applications. The data used are always current, even if accessed from multiple platforms - no matter where or when! This way, every mobile device can simultaneously access and update data within Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
