After importing the SAP transport file in your SAP-PM/CS or SAP-CRM the FLS Cockpit for VISITOUR Interface with SAP is available. From the start you will have a configuration Cockpit to communicate via SAP Middleware and/or SAP Netweaver to VisiTour.

The FLS Cockpit provides mappings between SAP and VISITOUR, monitoring of functions, test functions and exception handling.

The FLS SAP Integration Suite offers functionalities such as: appointment date proposals and confirmation, appointment booking, appointment changes, appointment deletion, as well as mobile confirmation of assignments. Changes to status of items in the planning process are updated in SAP.

Both simple and complex work orders can, using the help of VisiTour, be scheduled optimally and quickly directly out of SAP. With its high performance web services over SOAP/XML, VISITOUR can process orders synchronously.
