FLS GmbH, based in Germany is a leading software company for scheduling and route planning, workforce management and mobile solutions. With our products, FLS VISITOUR and FLS MOBILE we are a leading provider for medium businesses and large corporations in Europe.

With the development of FLS VISITOUR for Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we are the only provider of a fully integrated route planning solution for Microsoft Dynamics worldwide. After an intensive development phase, we now want to place this product on the international market. Sales should be done primarily through existing Microsoft partners as resellers.

To develop sales of the FLS VISITOUR for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated support by the Microsoft partners in the US, we are looking for a

MANAGING DIRECTOR / MICROSOFT PARTNER CHANNEL MANAGER (M/F)


Your tasks: This position entails the management of the subsidiary FASTLEANSMART USA Corp., which is currently being established. In addition, you can get shares of this company. In your role as managing director you are responsible for the commercial management of the company. In collaboration with the parent company FLS GmbH in Germany, you coordinate the strategic direction of the company and develop measures for the operational implementation of that strategy.

You will systematically acquire Microsoft certified partners in the US and place FLS VISITOUR for Microsoft Dynamics CRM in their portfolio. You will support these partners in sales appointments concerning our solution. In addition to direct contact with partners, you will advertise the add-on in trade shows and partner events. When the software is implemented for a customer, you are the link between the Microsoft partners and FLS GmbH Germany during the project phase.

Your profile: You should have extensive experience in sales of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions or ISV solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Ideally, you have Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales certification or technical certification for the 2013 product version and higher. You should have a stable network of Microsoft partners and know the communication channels for successful contacts in the Microsoft environment through your previous activities.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills that will build a market with high sales potential. The focus is on high responsibility with many of your own ideas for marketing efforts. You should be familiar with the commercial requirements for a small business.

We offer: As managing director and shareholder of FASTLEANSMART USA Corp., you will benefit from commissions directly from your sales success in addition to a base salary and you can establish the company and place it on the US market from its inception.
